Fees for participants include:
Conference kit and book of proceedings, entrance to sessions, get-together reception, coffee at breaks and 3 lunches, participation in professional tour including lunch.
Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners).

Cancellation of Registration
* Received until April 12, 2015 - refund less € 175 handling fee
* Received after April 12, 2015 and before June 12, 2015 - refund less € 225 handling fee
* Received after June 12, 2015 - no refund
